Job summary

Servis Personnel is seeking caregivers for flexible shifts across supported living, day centres, and care homes in the UK. Early, late, long day, and night shifts available with days Monday to Sunday.

You may work in a variety of settings and gain diverse experience while supporting residents with daily activities and personal care. Applicants with experience in adult social care are preferred, but those willing to train and shadow are welcome.

Qualifications

• Willing to undergo training and shadowing to gain care experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Empathy, patience, and a supportive approach to vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care tasks (washing, bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support mobility and use of assistive equipment as needed.
• Prepare meals and monitor dietary intake for residents.
• Assist with toileting, incontinence care and changing of clothes or bedding.
• Support daily living activities and provide emotional support.
• Help with medication management where required and under supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and report to healthcare professionals as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and professional standards.

Job description

Healthcare Shifts: Flexible – Early, Late, Long Day, and Night shifts available

Shift Hours are: 6, 9, 12, 15

Work Days: Monday to Sunday – pick and choose your shifts!

Work Locations: Supported Living, Day Centres & Care Homes

Duties Include:

• Assisting service users with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Supporting mobility and using assistive equipment.
• Meal and drink preparation, and monitoring dietary intake.
• Assisting with toileting, incontinence care, and changing of clothes or bedding.
• Supporting daily living tasks and offering emotional care.
• Assisting with medication management (if required).
• Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
• Adhering to company policies and professional standards.
• Accurate record-keeping and reporting to relevant healthcare professionals.

Important Requirements:

• For an immediate start, you must have previous experience in adult social care or be willing to undergo training and shadowing.
• You must currently be in the UK.
• We accept applicants who already have healthcare visa sponsorship for 20 hours per week.
