Client Overview:

We are seeking a professional and caring support worker for a male client with a brain injury, based in a comfortable home care environment.

What HFH offers:

• Hourly pay rates between £14 - 17.93.
• Ongoing care for a single client, with a small core team of regular staff.
• Specialist carers work with one client per shift, no travel between multiple homes. Average shift duration: 12 hours.
• Work availability aligned with your preferences. Typical schedule: three shifts (36 hours) per week, earning £500 - 555 weekly.
• Estimated annual income: £26,200 - £28,950, based on a three-day workweek.
• We employ staff directly, managing pay via PAYE, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and protection from IR35 issues.

*Rates include holiday pay, accrued per hour worked. Please note: pay rates depend on shift patterns (days/nights/weekends).
