Exemplar Health Care's Lepton Heights care home in Huddersfield is looking for a dedicated Health Care Assistant to work night shifts (8:00pm–8:00am or 10:00pm–6:00am). You will support adults with complex care needs, delivering personal care, meals, and wellbeing support while promoting dignity and independence.

We offer induction, ongoing training, and opportunities to learn, develop and progress within a supportive team environment. The role pays £12.71 per hour.
