Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant for Lepton Heights in Huddersfield. You will support adults with complex care needs, focusing on personal care, meals, and daily activities. Staff promote dignity, independence, and participation in social activities both in and out of the home.

Full-time shifts are 8:00am–8:00pm or 10:00am–6:00pm. The role includes care records and ensuring wellbeing, with induction and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in caring for adults with complex needs is welcome.
• Ability to support personal care, meals and daily activities with dignity and respect.
• Strong communication and listening skills with a calm, friendly approach.
