Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant for Potters Green in Rotherham. The role involves supporting adults with complex care needs, providing personal care, helping at meal times and contributing to wellbeing and activity planning.

The position offers flexible shifts (8am-1pm and 4pm-8pm) with a starting rate of £12.71 per hour, rising to £12.81 after completion of the Exemplar Care Certificate. Training and induction provided.

Contract type: Full-Time & Part-Time shifts available including flexi shifts 8am-1pm & 4pm-8pm

Rate: £12.71 (£12.81 on completion of Exemplar Care Certificate)

About Exemplar Health Care

Potters Green is part of Exemplar Health Care, a leading provider of nursing care for adults living with complex and high acuity needs.

We support adults living with complex mental health needs, dementia, neuro-disabilities including acquired brain injuries, Huntington’s disease and Parkinson’s disease, and physical health needs. The home’s Roman Unit is exclusively for those who are assigned male at birth.
