Job summary

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is recruiting Health Care Assistants for Holly/Gramer House, an overnight respite service for children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will assist with personal care, implement care plans, and support therapeutic activities to promote health, dignity and well-being.

This role involves shifts across days, nights, weekends and bank holidays. Full training, a comprehensive induction and Care Certificate are provided.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, resilient and motivated candidate required.
• Previous experience in learning disability services preferable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care to children with learning disabilities and complex health needs.
• Assist with personal care, mobility and daily living activities.
• Support clinical interventions under supervision of a registered nurse.
