People Dynamix Limited is a growing healthcare recruitment agency delivering care professionals to homes in Chester and surrounding areas. We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our expanding team and offer flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle.

Shifts run 8am-3pm and 3pm-10pm, with longer hours available if preferred. You will work with staff to provide personal care, companionship and support, promoting dignity and a high standard of care for residents.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Committed to providing high-quality care with dignity and respect.
• Minimum of 6 months UK care experience.
• Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate compassion and a person-centred approach to caring for older people.
• Provide personal care, activities and companionship to residents.
• Assist with mealtimes and safe moving, maintaining residents' dignity and privacy.
• Maintain accurate records for each resident.

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our expanding team. If your passionate about delivering outstanding care and want flexibility to work around your lifestyle then we'd love to hear from you.

Shift pattern- 8am-3pm and 3pm-10pm or 8am till 10pm if preferred

As a care assistant, you will work together with other staff in the running of the household. You will aim to maintain high standards of care and service towards customers, relatives, visitors and other members of staff. You will be providing a range of personal and practical care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate compassion, empathy and a person-centred approach to caring for older people.
• Self-motivated, resilient and well-organised
• Able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the household.
• Provide assistance, personal care, activities and companionship to residents
• Be alert to residents' needs, health and wellbeing
• Respect the residents' dignity and privacy
• Work with residents and their families to deliver tailored care to each individual
• Assist with mealtimes and safe moving
• Maintain accurate records for each resident

Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Committed to providing a high standard of care, promoting dignity and respect.
• Previous experience working within an elderly care setting.
• Team player but able to work on your own initiative.
• Dependable, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the home.
• A minimum of 6 months recent UK care experience.
