Job summary

Parklands Limited in East Northants is seeking an enthusiastic Health Care Assistant to join our well established nursing team. You will be working on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in our busy, friendly practice.

Responsibilities include general treatment room duties such as wound care and dressing, ECGs, ear irrigation, phlebotomy, and assisting with minor surgical procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience as Health Care Assistant or similar.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work three days a week.

Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Health Care Assistant to join our well established nursing team. You will be working on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in our busy, friendly East Northants practice., General treatment room duties including wound care/dressing, ECGs, ear irrigation, phlebotomy assisting with minor surgical procedures.

We are a well respected practice with over 14,000 patients, using EMIS Web. Focusing on patient centred care, our team of 8 GPs, 4 Nurse Practitioners and 6 Treatment Room Nurses is supported by our experienced team of administrators.
