Job summary

Asmall Hall is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team. You will provide person-centred care and support to residents to keep them safe, secure and content, assisting with daily tasks and activities.

You will work with residents and families to deliver tailored care, assist with mealtimes, and help maintain accurate records. We offer learning schemes, DBS cost reimbursement, uniform, pension, and progression opportunities.

• Provide assistance, personal care, activities and companionship to residents
• Be alert to resident’s needs, health and well-being
• Ensure clients are treated with the dignity and respect that they deserve at all times
• Work with residents and families to deliver tailored care to each individual
• Assist with mealtimes, ensuring that our clients receive their individual dietary requirements, whilst promoting their independence
• Take an active role in identifying the changing needs of our clients and realise the importance of maintaining accurate documentation

*Pay will be determined on age, experience and qualifications. Your hourly rate will be reviewed again on the successful completion of your 6 month probationary period. Goes to £12.00 or above, after 6 months probation & experience, age dependant)
