RCH Care Homes Limited, operating Maidstone Care Centre, is seeking Health Care Assistants to join a friendly team providing compassionate care to residents across nursing, residential and dementia care settings.

You will assist with personal care, support mobility, and engage residents in activities while upholding care plans and safeguarding residents’ wellbeing. Knowledge of care needs and patient, calm communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not required.
• Minimum 3 months' experience in a care environment.
• All applicants must be double vaccinated.

Maidstone Care Centre is a welcoming, beautifully decorated and purpose-built care home which specialises in Nursing, Residential and Dementia care for older people, and is currently seeking Health Care Assistants to join our friendly team.

• Providing physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities or events with residents, both individually and as a group
• Taking responsibility for the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of the residents
