Regal Care Trading Limited in Maidstone, Kent, is seeking a reliable Care Assistant to join our Carers’ Team at our care home. You will support residents with daily activities, promote independence, and contribute to a safe, compassionate, dementia-friendly environment.

No two days are the same; you will assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and social engagement while following individual care plans and recording care provided. A genuine desire to help older people is essential.

• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience in care is desirable but not essential; full training provided.
• Able to administer medication.

Regal Care Trading Limited, a leading provider of residential, nursing, and dementia care, is seeking a reliable and skilled Care Assistant to join our Carers’ Team at our care home in Maidstone, Kent. About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting residents with their daily needs while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. You will provide compassionate care to older people, including those living with dementia, ensuring they feel safe, respected, and valued.

Your responsibilities may include:

About You

We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality care.

You will have:

• A kind, patient, and respectful approach to supporting older people.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive and flexible attitude.
• A genuine interest in working in elderly and dementia care.
• Able to administer medication

Experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Requirements

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy care environment.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to high standards of care.
• The right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential.
• Basic IT skills to support electronic care documentation.
