We are excited to be supporting our client, who are reputable in the care sector and looking for Health Care Assistants in the Falkirk area.

Our client has received a care inspectorate rating of 5 with the Care Inspectorate, which they are very proud of.

Overview

Reporting into your Team Leader/Manager, you will be providing personal care and support to people who require additional support within their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to individuals, helping them to maintain independence in their own homes
  • Promote independence in daily tasks whilst ensuring policy and procedures are met
  • Support and assist individuals with personal care in accordance with their care plans
  • Support individuals in maintaining a clean & tidy home environment
Qualifications and Attributes
  • Be a kind, caring and compassionate person
  • Have good timekeeping skills, and be a reliable person
  • Have your own transport and valid UK driving licence
  • Having experience within the care sector would be advantageous but not essential as full training including induction etc will be provided
Benefits and Terms
  • Full time hours (part-time available)
  • Rates of pay: Unqualified - £13.75 per hour (Mon-Fri) & £16.25 per hour (Weekends); Qualified - £14.75 per hour (Mon-Fri) & £17.25 per hour (Weekends)
  • 25p per mile
  • Free uniform and PPE provided
  • Fortnightly pay
