We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Band 3 Health Care Assistant to work with the Bridlington Community Nursing Team for the Integrated Nursing and Conditions services within CHCP CIC. This is a permanent position.
The successful candidate will join an integrated community nursing team providing holistic, high-quality nursing care to a dedicated client group.
You will work within a proactive nursing team collaborating with health and social care providers. This role is ideal for those who enjoy developing new ways of working and taking initiative.
Ability to commute within the area with access to suitable transport is essential.
Experience in community nursing is advantageous but not essential, as full training, support, and development will be provided.
