A community-focused organization in Stafford seeks an Administrative Support professional for its Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Service. The role involves managing service delivery processes, monitoring budgets, and providing excellent customer support. Ideal candidates will possess strong IT skills and experience in customer service within a health-focused context.
The Health Safety & Wellbeing Service encompasses Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Wellbeing & Design and Technology engineering support.
We are a Traded Service providing advice, support, and training to a wide range of council services, maintained and academy schools, as well as other external customers.
We have high standards of customer care and work to ensure that our customers can manage and protect the health, safety, and wellbeing of colleagues, service users, pupils, and others.
In this role, with your team, you will be managing and delivering administrative support integral to the success of the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Service.
This is a varied and exciting role in a large team where every day is different.
The team is based in Staffordshire Place, and we are looking for the right person who can bring skills to help us grow both in our support of council colleagues and as a Traded Service to schools and external customers.
We seek a strong team player with experience supporting a Traded Service, ideally within Health and Safety or Occupational Health services, with internal and external customers.
