A leading non-profit organization in Romford is seeking a Health & Safety Officer to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation. The successful candidate will lead on safety matters, conduct risk assessments, and develop training programs. What We're Looking For:
* NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) in Health & Safety (essential).
* NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification (essential).
* Proven experience in a healthcare or non-profit setting.
* Strong knowledge of risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
* Ability to train, influence, and promote a culture of safety across an organisation.
* Experience working with regulatory frameworks, such as RIDDOR and COSHH.
* Membership of a professional body (IOSH, IIRSM, or IFE) is desirable.
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
