We are seeking a Health & Safety Officer to join our team, reporting to the HS Technical Manager. This hybrid role involves supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries by providing remote health & safety support through our digital packages, ensuring they stay safe and compliant.

Description

Alcumus SafeContractor aims to create safer workplaces globally by helping over 50,000 organizations comply with health, safety, sustainability, and ethical standards. We support our network of clients, suppliers, and contractors in maintaining compliance and promoting responsible practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide digital H&S consultancy support, including SSIP application assistance, policy and RAMS creation, accident investigations, tender document guidance, COSHH creation, and general H&S advice via phone, email, and digital channels like Teams and Skype.
• Act as the primary contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on the Safeworkforce software platform.
• Contribute to business improvements through technical input on proposals, development plans, and service enhancements.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in delivering technical services, familiarity with relevant legislation, and best practices. Candidates should have or be working towards NEBOSH General or TechIOSH qualifications.
