We’re seeking a Health & Safety Officer to join our team! Reporting to the HS Technical Manager, you’ll support a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. This role offers a hybrid working model, combining office-based work with the flexibility to work from home. Your focus will be on providing remote health & safety support via our digital support packages, helping clients stay safe, compliant, and confident in their daily operations.

What that means day to day

• Provide digital H&S consultancy support, including SSIP application assistance, policy and RAMS creation, accident investigations, tender document guidance, COSHH creation, and general H&S advice via phone, email, and digital channels like Teams and Skype.
• Serve as the first point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on the Safeworkforce software platform.
• Contribute to business improvements through technical input in proposals, quotations, development plans, and service enhancements.

What you’ll need to be successful

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in delivering technical services and have a good understanding of legislation and best practices. They will also have or be working towards NEBOSH General or TechIOSH qualifications.
