Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full end-to-end process from development of health and safety initiatives to implementation and management.
  • Conduct regular audits, assessments, and inspections to ensure sites adhere to regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure all teams follow health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and organisations.
  • Continuously evaluate health and safety conditions and stay updated with industry changes.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in health and safety, including 2-3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations.
  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH (CMIOSH), or equivalent.
  • Valid UK Driver’s Licence.
  • Strategic thinker with leadership skills and a passion for safety improvement.
