Job Overview

We are looking for a Health & Safety Consultant with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role to join our team. You will provide expert advice and practical support to clients, helping them navigate compliance, mitigate risks, and create safer workplaces.

Duties

• Conduct site visits to assess Health & Safety compliance and risks.
• Develop and review risk assessments, method statements, and safety policies.
• Provide practical and tailored advice to clients across different industries.
• Deliver Health & Safety training and toolbox talks.
• Assist with accident investigations and incident reporting.
• Ensure clients comply with UK Health & Safety regulations and best practices.
• Stay up to date with industry changes and legislative updates.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting findings from audits, inspections, and training sessions, ensuring clear communication of recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety within the organisation, encouraging employee participation in safety initiatives.
