Are you an Health & Safety professional who knows how a construction site operates? Are you looking for more autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to influence construction projects across the South West?
We’re working with a well-established design & build contractor with a strong reputation in the industry and an exciting pipeline of work. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Health and Safety Advisor to support the projects in the region and the wider business from a more technical perspective.
You’ll report into the Head of Health and Safety and work within a collaborative Health & Safety function collaboratively supporting and communicating with site teams building effective relationships.
This is a hybrid role travelling from home to site 4 days and working from home 1 day a week, offering flexibility while remaining close to operations.
Salary up to £55,000
£3,500 car allowance plus full travel expenses

Supporting site teams and subcontractors with compliance through regular engagement and building effective relationships
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture
Write and review RAMS and SSOWs.
Driving continuous improvement across projects

Strong communicator who can engage confidently with site teams and subcontractors

Experience within construction, civil engineering or related industries
