Salary: up to £50,000 per annum

Job Description:

The successful candidate will:

• Advise and assist in client and project demands.
• Support compliance with H&S regulations.
• Coordinate and implement H&S measures throughout all project phases.
• Complete necessary paperwork and communicate through appropriate channels.
• Develop strategies to ensure smooth flow of H&S information during the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with principal contractors and stakeholders to meet safety requirements.
• Advise clients on project practicality and CDM regulation compliance.
• Manage multiple CDM portfolios for internal and external clients.
• Collaborate with the wider H&S team for a cohesive approach.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Attributes:

• Knowledge of construction industry legislation, CDM, and health and safety.
• Qualifications such as NEBOSH construction or TechIOSH.
• Membership with IMAPS.
