Position: Health & Safety Advisor

Type: Permanent, Site-based

We are seeking a site-based Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading manufacturing organisation. You will be based on their site in Gloucester, reporting to the Health & Safety Manager for this division. The company is a global business with a large UK SHEQ team, offering excellent opportunities for career progression.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Supporting site teams to implement group Health & Safety procedures.
2. Engaging with local enforcement authorities on safety, environment, and health issues.
3. Assisting in maintaining ISO accreditation through safety, environment, health & quality management arrangements.
4. Providing safety, health, environment, and quality coaching across operational teams.

Qualifications and experience required:

1. Experience in health & safety within construction, manufacturing, logistics, waste, civils, or high-risk environments.
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in health & safety.
3. NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification.
