Principal People are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a growing and innovative Renewable Energy organisation with multiple sites predominantly located across Lincolnshire, Norfolk and the East Midlands.
This is a home–based role offering both flexibility and autonomy, with a 50/50 split between site visits and remote working.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, and provide Health & Safety guidance across multiple sites.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
- Support the Health & Safety Director in the creation and implementation of safety initiatives.
- Assist with incident investigations and drive preventative measures.
- Promote a strong Health & Safety culture at all levels of the business.
- Engage with key stakeholders to maintain and improve safety standards.
The Successful Candidate Will Hold:- NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
- Our client is open to most industries but experience in Renewable Energy, Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Waste, or similar sectors is preferred
- Full UK Driving License (required for site travel).
