The selected candidate will be advised and assisted in client and project demands, advise and support in H&S compliance, coordinate H&S measures through all product phases, complete required paperwork, and communicate through appropriate channels. They will strategize the flow of H&S information throughout the project lifecycle, liaise with principal contractors and stakeholders to ensure designs meet safety requirements, advise clients on project practicality, manage multiple projects for internal and external clients, assist with bidding and business development, audit and report on CDM duties on projects, and integrate with the wider Practice H&S team.

• Advise and assist with client and project demands.
• Guide and support in compliance with H&S regulations.
• Coordinate and implement H&S measures for all construction phases.
• Complete all administration paperwork and communicate through appropriate channels.
• Assist in developing strategies for the flow of relevant information at all project stages.
• Liaise with principal contractors and stakeholders to ensure safety compliance.
• Advise clients on project practicality regarding CDM regulation.
• Manage multiple internal and external CDM portfolios.
• Collaborate with the wider practice H&S team for a cohesive approach.

Essential skills, experience, and attributes…

• Knowledge of legislation relevant to construction, CDM, and health and safety.
• Qualification in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH construction, TechIOSH).
