Job summary

Bradford Beacon School is seeking an ambitious Headteacher to lead a growing specialist independent school for children with autism and complex needs.

You will set strategic direction, develop a high‑performing multidisciplinary team and ensure safeguarding, outstanding teaching and strong partnerships with families and local authorities.

The role offers a salary up to £85,000 per annum, 40 hours per week, permanent contract and access to Outcomes First Group’s network.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with QTS and PGCE or equivalent.
• Proven track record in school leadership.
• Experience in specialist education and inclusion.
• Strong safeguarding and governance knowledge.

Responsibilities
