Job summary

Horizon Care Ltd. seeks a Headteacher to lead Oak Hall SEN School in Woking, Surrey, from opening in April. The successful candidate will develop the curriculum, establish links with local authorities and SEND commissioners, and model our compassionate, inspiring and collaborative values.

You will drive high standards, work with staff and pupils aged 5–19 with complex needs, and shape the school's early development and ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Teacher in a SEND environment.
• Experience in a growth setting.
• Understanding of School Improvement process and curriculum models.
• Knowledge of the Independent School Standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status.
