• NPQH required.
• Independent K12 experience required.
• Successful experience as a Headteacher or senior school leader.
• A strong track record of raising standards and improving educational outcomes.
• Outstanding leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading change and managing school improvement initiatives.
• A thorough understanding of safeguarding, compliance and quality assurance.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilitiesThe ability to analyse data and use evidence to drive performance and improvement.
