Responsibilities

• Lead The Whitstable School as Headteacher and set the strategic direction of the campus.
• Drive pupil outcomes at Key Stages 4 and 5 through dynamic pedagogy and robust performance management.
• Foster a positive school culture, nurture leadership potential, and ensure exemplary behaviour and attendance.
• Engage with parents, local partners, and the Swale Academies Trust network to strengthen community links.
