Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Current or former Headteacher or senior leader ready for Headship.
• Proven track record of improving outcomes and whole-school improvement.
• Experience in safeguarding, curriculum development and pastoral provision.
• Strong leadership, data use and collaboration with families and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver a clear vision driving continuous improvement and outstanding outcomes for students.
• Lead teaching, learning and curriculum development across the school.
• Ensure personalised support enabling academic, social and emotional success.
• Create a culture of high expectations, inclusion, accountability and professional excellence.
• Champion safeguarding and student welfare, ensuring safety and empowerment.
• Lead, develop and inspire a talented team, promoting staff wellbeing and growth.
• Ensure the school operates effectively with compliance, financial sustainability and readiness for inspection.
• Build strong partnerships with families, local authorities and external agencies.
• Act as an ambassador for the school and support future growth.
