QTS and senior leadership experience required.
Experience in a specialist SEN setting (ASD/PMLD) advantageous.
Strong knowledge of Ofsted and safeguarding requirements.
Experience in quality assurance and staff performance management.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the school's educational and operational performance and drive school improvement.
Drive high standards and maintain safeguarding, quality assurance and compliance.
