We're looking for a Headteacher to join and lead our team at Park School.
As Headteacher, you will have support from central services for Finance, Resourcing, HR, and IT, including a network of supportive Headteachers from other schools alongside central school improvement support.
The successful candidate will utilize their expertise, experience, and contacts to ensure development and implementation of the strategy. The post holder will ensure appropriate standards are maintained in educational programs by working collaboratively with senior colleagues to deliver high-quality, tailored programs to meet each young person's needs.
We seek someone with extensive and successful experience as a senior leader within a pupil environment, preferably within an educational setting, including experience working with pupils with SEMH and/or challenging behavior. You should have a positive work ethic and be able to work effectively to produce an effective leadership team.
You should have extensive knowledge of safeguarding pupils, ensuring Senior Leaders implement safeguarding correctly. We want someone who focuses on positive outcomes for pupils and adults and takes responsibility for improving their lives.
