  • work with families, governors and Cheshire East
  • manage finance, staffing and resources strategically to address risks and prioritise forthe future
  • lead evidence-informed improvement whilst preserving the school’s warmth, ethos andvalues
  • identify priorities which can be well implemented and clearly evaluated
  • be warm and accessible to pupils, staff, families, Governors and the local community

Job description

The Governing Board would like a Headteacher who will:
