• Lead the school's vision within the Good Shepherd Trust and drive progress.
• Understand the challenges of a moderate-sized primary school (127 pupils) and be flexible with working practices.
• Be an effective team member with excellent communication skills.
• Be outward-facing and willing to collaborate with other local schools and within the Good Shepherd Trust.
