The leadership point will be offered in line with the skills and expertise of the appointed individual, there is potential to appoint above the range with up to a 25% enhancement.

The Governors of St. Andrew's Church of England Primary School are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader to fulfil this exciting role in our highly successful, two-form entry school.   • Be an innovative Headteacher who recognises the added value of opportunities outside the classroom, developing life skills to foster the best possible outcomes for every child through creative teaching and learning.
  • Build strong, transparent relationships with governors, parents and the wider community.
  • Have strong business and financial acumen, using data and contextual insight to set and manage budgets, identify barriers to learning and drive continued improvement.
