St Michael’s C of E (Controlled) Infant School in Hampshire is seeking a Headteacher who believes in its Christian vision, champions inclusion and builds relationships, safety and understanding to help every child flourish.
The successful candidate will have significant senior leadership experience in a primary setting, proven impact, deep knowledge of SEND in mainstream, DSL/DDSL training, and a strong track record in high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.

The shortlist will be drawn up on Monday 7th September 2026 and the selection process will take place on Thursday 17th and Friday 18th September 2026. Further details will be sent to those candidates called for interview.
