Job summary

Chertsey High School, part of Bourne Education Trust, is seeking a Headteacher to provide outstanding leadership and management, ensuring the highest standards of learning and teaching so that every pupil accesses high-quality education to reach their full potential. The position is full-time and permanent, based in Addlestone.

The successful candidate will lead with a clear vision, collaborate with the Local Governing Committee and BET, and uphold the school’s values while driving improvement

We are seeking a Headteacher to join our team at Chertsey High School, part of Bourne Education Trust.

The Headteacher’s role is to provide outstanding and inspirational leadership and management of the school, creating an environment in which the highest possible standards of learning and teaching flourish and in which every pupil has access to high quality education to achieve their full potential.

Salary: Leadership (Fringe), Scale 28‑34, £101,967 to £117,891
