Role Overview

As Head Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, leading by example on the restaurant floor, and supporting the management team in the smooth daily operation of the dining service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the front-of-house team during service to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experience.
2. Provide warm, professional, and knowledgeable service at all times.
3. Support staff training and development, mentoring junior waiters.
4. Communicate closely with kitchen and management teams to maintain service flow.
5. Handle guest queries and special requests confidently and professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in a fine dining or Michelin-level environment.
• Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable experiences.
• Right to work in the UK.
