Job summary

Boulebar in London seeks a Waiter/Waitress to deliver overwhelming service and create a warm, south of France atmosphere through food, drinks, and our inviting ambience.

The role requires passion for the craft, resilience under pressure, and previous restaurant experience; you will lead by example, seat guests, and help upsell and recommend products to enhance each guest's experience. Start date as agreed, part-time and seasonal at Spitalfields or South Bank locations.

Your primary responsibility is to deliver overwhelming service to our guests.

The primary mission is to deliver Overwhelming Service. A Head waiter is expected to be a great host who loves people. You are the first Hi and Goodbye! You are responsible for planning the perfect table/station setup, and to seat guests. You are a leader who is showing the way and educating the service staff on our products, how to upsell, offer and recommend products to enhance a guest's experience. You push the team towards reaching our daily targets.
