Hawksmoor Air Street is seeking a Head Waiter to lead the restaurant floor with confident, knowledgeable service and to support and develop the waiting team. This hands-on leadership role involves running sections, guiding junior staff and ensuring guests receive warm, seamless hospitality.

You will deliver exceptional service, lead during busy periods, coach waiters and food runners, and maintain strong communication with kitchen and bar to uphold Hawksmoor’s standards of presentation,

Head Waiter

As Head Waiter at Hawksmoor, you’ll lead by example on the restaurant floor, delivering confident, knowledgeable service while supporting and developing the waiting team. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll run sections, guide junior team members and help ensure every guest receives warm, seamless hospitality.
