Ennismore seeks a Head Waiter at The Hoxton, Shoreditch, leading Llama Inn Restaurant’s service. You will guide your section, deliver memorable guest experiences, and inspire the team by example.

Bring your own flavour to the table, connect front-of-house with the kitchen, and ensure guests are delighted from arrival to departure with strong product knowledge and smooth operations.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in a busy restaurant or bar.
• Positive impact on guests and team.
• Ability to be yourself and contribute without formality.
• Eagerness to try new things and adapt quickly.
• Team player who works hard and has fun.

We are looking for a Head Waiter to be part of our team for The Hoxton, Shoreditch in our Llama Inn Restaurant.

Llama Inn is a warm open space with natural wood furniture, tall ceilings, and steel beams. Our cuisine encompasses all things Peru, including ceviche, our famous lomo Saltado, Cancha and other unique Peruvian fair. Our cocktail and spirit list hail from Peru with none other than pisco being the star of the show and a creative cocktail menu with unique takes on the classics from around the globe. While the wine lists breaths Spain and Latin America with options by the glass and bottle to titillate any palate. Whether early or late, Llama Inn is a full dining experience for any celebration/occasion.

Job Description

• Lead your section by example, putting a memorable guest and team experience at the centre of what you do and inspiring others around you to do as you do
• Bring your own flavour to our guests’ table, making sure that from the moment they arrive to when they leave, they’re having a great time
• Play a key part in connecting the floor with the kitchen, handling any requests and questions, be they from our guests or the team
• Know your products and systems inside out

Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar
• You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience
• You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
• You’re not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get things done
• You’re up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once
• If we got stuck in a lift together we’d have a good time and share a few laughs
