Job summary

The Hoxton in Shoreditch is seeking a passionate Bartender for Llama Inn restaurant to create memorable guest experiences. You will craft cocktails and beverages, know the drinks program inside out, and work with the team to ensure smooth service at both table and bar.

Qualifications

• Previous bar tending and cocktail making experience.
• Natural people person with confidence behind the bar and with guests.

• Willing to be flexible, collaborative, and have fun while getting things done.

Job description

We are looking for a passionate Bartender to shake things up as part of our team for The Hoxton, Shoreditch in our Llama Inn restaurant.

Llama Inn is a warm open space with natural wood furniture, tall ceilings, and steel beams. Our cuisine encompasses all things Peru, including ceviche, our famous lomo Saltado, Cancha and other unique Peruvian fair. Our cocktail and spirit list hail from Peru with none other than pisco being the star of the show and a creative cocktail menu with unique takes on the classics from around the globe. While the wine lists breaths Spain and Latin America with options by the glass and bottle to titillate any palate. Whether early or late, Llama Inn is a full dining experience for any celebration/occasion.

• Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons
• Know your product & systems inside out
• Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service

• Previous bar tending and particularly cocktail making experience
• A natural people person – you’re confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests
