Aqua Restaurant Group is hiring a Head Waiter to lead our waiting team at The Shard in London. You will welcome guests warmly, share menu knowledge, and guide the team to deliver outstanding service throughout the dining experience.

You will oversee operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and mentor fellow team members while upholding our standards. Eligible to work in the UK and committed to hospitality excellence.

Competenze

• Previous experience as head waiter or senior waiter in a hospitality setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to train a waiting team.
• Knowledge of wine and menu pairings is a plus.

Mansioni

• Supervise and train the waiting team to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee dining area operations and guest experience to ensure smooth service.

Your day at Aqua:

• Team guidance & training: Supervise and train our waiting team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism are consistently met. Your team spirit will be essential in fostering a positive and motivated work environment
• Service excellence: Oversee the dining area to ensure smooth and efficient operations, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring guests have a great stay with us

You will be paid £12.71 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £5.31 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
