Are you a passionate Vet looking to progress into a leadership role? This could be the role for you! Our client is looking for an individual with extensive clinical expertise, who will be a confident leader for the team, delivering coaching and strategic vision. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the ongoing enhancement of clinical standards and services and upskill the team to achieve their clinical goals.
The experienced and friendly team have a range of clinical interests, helping to keep the workload varied and interesting, whilst furthering your skills. The practice is keen to hear your interests and support you through a generous CPD allowance and funded memberships. They also invest in their equipment, with a state-of-the-art purpose-built surgery, including all the latest technology.
The practice is located just a 10-minute drive from the centre of Barnsley. It is easily accessible by road and there are public transport links close by, making it easily commutable from surrounding areas.
• 4 days per week
• 1:4 weekends
• No OOH – but will need to be on call for any overnight inpatients
