You will support nurse-led appointments, Schedule 3 activities, surgeries and admissions, provide coaching, ensure compliance, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture while promoting wellbeing and work-life balance.

Qualifikationen

• RCVS RVN status.
• Previous experience within a veterinary nursing role.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

Aufgaben

• Delivering exceptional patient care through nurse-led appointments, Schedule 3 activities, consultations, surgeries and procedures.
• Monitoring and managing patient care, including admissions and discharges.
• Supporting the delivery of excellent client care and communication.
• Providing clinical leadership, coaching and development to the veterinary nursing team.
• Ensuring the practice maintains high levels of clinical, operational and regulatory compliance.
