Purovets is seeking a Head Veterinary Nurse for our Camberley, Surrey practice. You will join the leadership team, balancing hands-on clinical work with mentoring and day-to-day management to support, develop and lead the nursing staff while upholding high clinical standards.

You will work with autonomy, guided by the Partner, to shape a proactive and caring team that delivers excellent patient care and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse with solid clinical experience.
• Experience leading, motivating and developing others.
• Confident, organised and proactive RVN.
• Collaborative team player focused on culture and continuous improvement.
• Keen to shape a growing practice into a strong leadership-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Head Veterinary Nurse in Camberley leads the nursing team and participates in leadership, coaching and day-to-day management.
