Fair City Veterinary Group seeks a Head Veterinary Nurse to provide senior clinical leadership for the nursing team across Crieff, Fair City Perth and Auchterarder. You will set nursing standards, drive governance, and develop a capable team while supporting practice growth and culture.
You will lead nursing rotas, ensure high standards of care, and work closely with veterinary surgeons and leadership to deliver exceptional client service and clinical outcomes.

We are seeking a knowledgeable, confident Head Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Fair City Vets on a full-time basis.
Our three well-established sites in Crieff, Perth (Fair City) and Auchterarder each have strong links within their local communities and offer their own unique character and strengths. From the friendly, close-knit atmosphere in Crieff, to the spacious modern facilities at Fair City, and the newly renovated Auchterarder branch with exciting opportunities for future growth, each location provides a varied and rewarding working environment.

As a Head Veterinary Nurse, you will provide senior clinical and professional leadership for the nursing team, overseeing all nursing aspects of the practice and supporting the delivery of high-quality patient and client care.
You’ll be responsible for setting and maintaining nursing standards, leading clinical governance and quality improvement activity, and developing a capable, confident nursing team. Working closely with the wider practice leadership team, you'll play a key role in shaping culture, performance and ways of working.
