Job summary

Redfox Executive Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced Head Tractor Driver / Senior Arable Operator for a Suffolk farming operation. You will work with the Farm Manager across cultivations, drilling, crop establishment, spraying, harvest and grain operations, while taking a lead role with the machinery fleet.

The ideal candidate is practical, reliable, mechanically minded and committed to a long-term career in farming.
