Syresham St James is a small rural Church of England primary school and nursery seeking a new Headteacher to lead from 1 January 2027. The successful candidate will inspire colleagues and pupils with a clear Christian vision for school leadership.

They will be an outstanding practitioner, fluent in building links with the church and wider community, and will drive excellence across all aspects of school life.

Syresham St James is a small, rural, Churchof England Primary School and Nursery with a team of friendly, welcoming staff. Weare seeking to recruit a new Headteacher to lead our school from 1stJanuary 2027.

Based in a historic building we offer a popular, caring andexciting environment for children from Syresham and surrounding villages.

The successful candidate will be an inspirational andoutstanding practitioner who clearly communicates a Christian vision for theleadership of Syresham School by word and example. They will demonstratepassion and commitment in leading the school in all aspects of its common lifeand build on the mutually beneficial links with the church and wider community.
