Job summary

Trafford Leisure is seeking a Head Therapist for the Cove Spa Altrincham to lead and develop the spa team, manage the diary and deliver professional treatments to guests.

The role requires deep treatment knowledge, budget awareness, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining high service standards in a supportive CIC environment. We offer 39-hour weeks at £14 per hour with a generous benefits package.

Salary: £14 per hour

Hours: 39 hours per week

The Role

The new spa is state-of-the-art with new and exciting experiences for our customers to relax Inside, pamper Inside, and indulgeInside.

The Spa includes wellness experiences consisting of 9 different heat experiences, Relaxation room, dedicated nail bar and four treatment rooms.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

As a qualified Head Therapist, you will be managing and developing existing team whilst recruiting new team members into to the Spa when needed, in order to provide professional Treatments and experience to guests.

You will be managing the spa environment and treatment diary, whilst maximising opportunities for guests to enjoy our facilities and get the best out of their stay.

To Be Successful In Your Role, You Must Have

• In-depth knowledge of treatments
• Good financial knowledge with the ability to manage costs in line with the Spa budget.
• Able to set targets to ensure the department maximise on all sales opportunity.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and adapts quickly to changing requirements.
• Working as part of a team, the role requires a professional yet considerate approach, accompanied by enthusiasm at all times and a passion to deliver customer satisfaction.
