Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

What You Bring |

  • A focus on creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent within your team.
  • Dedication to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with dishes prepared to high standards.
  • Experience maintaining high standards of food safety, health, and safety, and understanding financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development.
  • A proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
